A member benefit built around performance

More information. Better decisions.

Training tells you what your body can produce. Blood testing adds context about what may be influencing energy, oxygen transport, recovery, hormones, immune function and long-term health.

HMAC members can use HMAC10 for 10% off eligible IMULAB blood tests, whether you are building a baseline, investigating a specific area or tracking a marker over time.

Why test

Combat sport asks a lot of the whole system.

Hard sessions, conditioning, weight management, competition and recovery all place demands on the body. A detailed blood panel can provide useful context beyond what training data alone can show.

01 ยท OXYGEN TRANSPORT

Iron and red cells

Ferritin, haemoglobin and related markers can add context when energy, conditioning or exercise tolerance feels below expectation.

02 ยท RECOVERY

Muscle stress

Creatine kinase and LDH can change after hard training and add context to the wider recovery picture when timing is considered.

03 ยท HORMONES

Stress and adaptation

Cortisol, testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG and other hormones are interpreted alongside symptoms, training and sample timing.

04 ยท NUTRIENTS

Vitamins and minerals

Vitamin D, active B12, folate and magnesium support multiple processes involved in normal energy production and recovery.

05 ยท IMMUNE FUNCTION

Inflammation and white cells

hs-CRP, white-cell counts and differential percentages can help build a broader view of immune and inflammatory status.

06 ยท LONG-TERM HEALTH

Heart, liver and kidneys

Cholesterol, HbA1c, liver and kidney markers add important context beyond short-term training performance.

Frequently asked questions.

How much is the HMAC member discount?

Current HMAC members receive 10% off eligible IMULAB blood tests by using the code HMAC10 at checkout.

Which blood test should I start with?

The Performance Baseline is designed as the main starting point for a broad view. It reports 63 biomarkers across the full blood count, iron status, vitamins, thyroid, hormones, cortisol, inflammation, muscle stress, HbA1c, cholesterol, liver and kidney function.

Do I need to be a competitive fighter?

No. The offer is for HMAC members across experience levels. Blood testing may be useful for active people who want a clearer baseline, not only professional or competitive athletes.

Are the results reviewed by a doctor?

Doctor commentary is included with many IMULAB tests. The relevant product page confirms exactly what is included with each panel.

Can training affect my blood results?

Yes. Hard training can temporarily affect markers including creatine kinase, AST, inflammation and some hormones. Follow the preparation guidance provided with the test and disclose recent training where relevant.

How is the discount applied?
